These fire dampers are equipped with a fusible link mechanism that ensures the damper moves to a safe position when the ambient temperature reaches or exceeds 72 degrees C. The dampers are designed to accommodate limit switches that signal the closed position of the damper (1 limit switch) or dampers (when using 2 switches). The housing is made of galvanized steel sheet, while the cut-off damper is made of silicate-cement boards.
