Semi-Rigid Ducting

Our own Spectra semi-rigid system in 90mm, supplied on 50m rolls with the AirBox manifolds, plenums, connectors, end caps and sealing rings to go with it.

Smooth-bore duct pulled through floor or ceiling zones in continuous lengths from the manifold to each room, so there are no joints buried in the structure to leak or come apart later. It is the usual way to distribute air to individual rooms on new-build MVHR jobs, with rigid steel doing the main runs to and from the unit.

Work out your branch count before ordering — the AirBox you need depends on how many rooms you are serving, not on the size of the unit. Spectra AirBoxes come in 6, 10, 12, 14 and 16 port configurations, with straight-through and side-inlet versions for tight plant spaces.
